Commerce orchestration

In one line

The coordination layer that connects and sequences the discrete systems in a composable stack so they behave as one.

Fuller explanation

Orchestration is the 'glue' in a composable architecture — it routes data, triggers events, and assembles experiences across the commerce engine, PIM, OMS, CDP, search, content, and payments. Without it, best-of-breed becomes best-of-chaos. Note: 'commerce orchestration' has no single canonical definition; treat it as the integration/coordination discipline that makes a composable stack feel unified.

Interview phrase

"Composable lives or dies on orchestration — that's the difference between best-of-breed and best-of-chaos."
